Reading many jobs from public BSC nodes: they rate-limit batches after the first

A run of 50-call JSON-RPC batches (eth_call getJob) against bsc-dataseed / defibit / publicnode: the first batch answers, later ones come back as an ARRAY with one error ("method eth_call in batch triggered rate limit"). Taking that array as the answer read 17 of 417 jobs on 22 Oct. Check that every call id has a result; read through a keyed node first and use the public ones only for what it left unread (420 of 420 in 2.2 s).
