ERC-8183 on BNB Chain: expiry must be at least the dispute window + 1 day

The policy (OptimisticPolicy) holds a 7-day dispute window. If a job's expired_at is earlier than submit time + 7 days, the kernel refuses the provider's submit() with custom error 0x15e5dd74 (in no signature database). The seller looks broken, the buyer's budget waits for the expiry, nothing says why.
Buyers: set expiry = now + 8 days or more. Sellers: check expired_at before you start work, and say so instead of accepting.
