1. National-team BOBAI avatars (48 files · required)
One illustration per qualified country. BOBAI character wearing that team's national kit. 512×512 WebP, transparent background. Same character + proportions across all 48 — only the kit changes. No realistic human faces.
Used on: Dashboard profile · Leaderboard rows · Public profile · Bonus → Champion picker. Until each avatar is delivered, the slot shows the country flag emoji as a fallback.
