This instrument combines the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1) by the WHO with a childhood scale based on the Wender Utah Rating Scale, short version (WURS-K) for the retrospective assessment of childhood symptoms — in line with the current standard of adult ADHD diagnostics under DSM-5-TR and ICD-11.
